Now, transferring to Midway ISD is completely free.
Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, Midway ISD has eliminated transfer tuition, making out-of-district transfers completely free.

Transfer requests are approved based on available space, attendance, discipline history, and other district criteria. Capacity is limited at some campuses, and applications will be reviewed as they are received.
