Welcome to our school district!
As the superintendent, it is my pleasure to serve the students, families, and staff of this community. Our district is committed to providing a high-quality education to all of our students, and we believe that this begins with strong leadership and a supportive learning environment.
Every child has the potential to achieve great things, and it is my goal to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students will thrive. We have a talented and dedicated team of teachers and staff who are committed to helping our students reach their full potential.
I encourage you to get involved in your child's education and to stay informed about what is happening in our schools. Our news site, Panther Nation News, is a great resource for staying up-to-date on district news and events, and we also have a strong presence on social media. Superintendent Goals
Goal 1: Academic Success
The superintendent will ensure the development and implementation of processes and structures designed to promote academic growth for all students.
Goal 2: Whole Child
The superintendent will see to the implementation of structures and programs required to support whole child development. Additionally, the Superintendent will ensure the maintenance and development of initiatives to maintain and increase the number of students engaged in activities designed to enrich student life.
Goal 3: District Resource Management
The superintendent will manage the District’s monetary, human, and facility resources in a manner that maintains the District's financial health, personnel preparedness, and immediate, intermediate, and long-term facilities needs.
Goal 4: Personnel Management
The superintendent will continue to develop strategies to recruit and retain high-quality teaching staff.
Goal 5: Marketing, Advertising, and Communication
The superintendent will ensure Midway ISD maintains a coordinated, strategic, and sustainable approach to marketing, advertising, and communication that strengthens public trust, supports student enrollment and staff recruitment, and amplifies Midway ISD’s value, stability, and standard of excellence.
Goal 6: Administration of the District
The superintendent will ensure a qualified third party reviews standard operating procedures, make recommended improvements, and suggest best practices for all administrative departments.
