Midway ISD’s planned addition to Midway High School is moving forward with a projected total cost of approximately $16.5 million — about $3 million below the project’s original $19.9 million budget.

Beginning August 3, 2026, Midway ISD Food Service Department will begin distributing letters to the households of the children in the district about eligibility benefits and any actions households need to take to apply for these benefits. Applications also are available online at School Lunch App (nlappscloud.com).

Midway ISD students earned college-credit qualifying scores on 84% of the 1,911 Advanced Placement (AP) exams taken this year.
