Chelsea Lippe has been named Principal of Park Hill Elementary. Lippe is a successful teacher, campus administrator, doctoral student, and innovator who makes the success of others a priority. Lippe taught Kindergarten, second grade, and fourth grade for five years in both Irving and  Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISDs before serving as an elementary assistant principal. She and her family moved to Waco in 2018 where she has served as assistant principal at River Valley Intermediate through the transition to a middle school.

At River Valley, Lippe has served as Campus Safety Coordinator, assisted in the construction process and rebranding of a new school, aided in creating and monitoring status of Campus Improvement Plan goals, ensuring that those goals align with those of the districts, reformed PLCs to move the campus “closing the gap” to a score of 100 and increase achievement scores, all while maintaining an A rating. She also served as Campus Behavior Coordinator, Title IX coordinator, Attendance Facilitator, and assisted counselors with the creation of the campus master schedule with a focus on Special Education IEP services.

River Valley Principal Paul Offill says of Lippe, “She does everything whole-hearted, full effort, all in. That also applies to relationships. She genuinely cares about people, remembers the littlest things, checks in, and it is all heartfelt.”

Lippe has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Midwestern State University, a master’s degree in Leadership from Lamar University, and she is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University. She and her husband, Landon, have a first grader and a preKindergartener who will be attending Park Hill Elementary.
