Midway ISD Calls Trustee Election for May 2, 2026

The Midway Independent School District Board of Trustees has approved an election order calling for a trustee election on Saturday, May 2, 2026.

Two seats on the Board of Trustees—Place 1, currently held by Jordan Barry, and Place 2, currently held by Susan Vick—will be on the ballot. The election will be conducted through a Joint Election Agreement with the McLennan County Elections Office, which will oversee election administration, issue the official Notice of Election, and appoint election judges and alternate judges.

The trustee election is part of the district’s annual governance process and ensures continued community representation and oversight of Midway ISD schools.

The district anticipates the cost of the election to be approximately $16,000.

Additional election details, including candidate filing information and voting locations are available on the Midway ISD Board of Trustees webpage under Board Election Information.
