Midway ISD Closed Wednesday, Jan 28, 2026

SCHOOL CANCELLATION:

Out of an abundance of caution, Midway ISD schools and offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, due to continued hazardous travel conditions, including patchy freezing fog and significant ice accumulation on roadways, sidewalks, and parking areas near campuses.

High school coaches and directors will communicate directly with students regarding any adjustments to practice or rehearsal schedules.

Because of this closure, a designated bad weather make-up day already built into the district calendar will be used.
