McLennan County Health District will be on site to provide school vaccinations.** Important Information for the Vaccination Clinic **
If your child is in need of vaccinations for school enrollment, please see the information provided.Registration Forms:Attached are the registration forms in English and Spanish. Additionally, there will be electronic consent forms that must be signed on-site. Please fill out forms ahead of time and bring them to the fair on May 7th.Cost and Insurance:
For insured individuals, we will need a copy of the insurance card (front and back) in advance to verify coverage. If the insurance is out of network, the cost for the MCV (meningitis) vaccine will be $175 plus a $40 administration fee. The same applies to Pre-K and Kindergarten commercial vaccines, though pricing will vary depending on what each child needs.For children without insurance, the cost will be $10 per shot.The Immunization Clinic accepts the following insurance (in network) and Medicaid:

• Cigna
• Dell's Children's Health Plan (CHIP)
• Humana
• Medicaid: Traditional, Superior, Amerigroup, and Rightcare only (We don't accept adult Medicaid.)
