Marketing to Midway's families and staff

In order to facilitate information between community businesses and our students/faculty, the following avenues are available:

  1.  Flyers or coupons on the community bulletin board. First READ THIS, then upload to the Google folder.
  2.  Direct distribution is available for a $500+ donation to the Midway Education Foundation.
  3.  Post discounts for staff on Panther Perks by emailing HR.
  4.  Provide gifts/freebies (not discounts) for students or staff at a campus.
  5.  Sponsors or Title 36 patriotic societies may make presentations.
  6.  Advertise through Athletics or the MHS Panther Post newspaper.
  7.  Staff or student contact information is available via public information requests.
  8.  Tag the school district or campuses on your own social media posts.
Paid advertising is an effective way to ensure your placement in front of Panther fans while also supporting our student programs.

For external organizations (including staff representing external organizations) to request the use of MISD facilities:

External organizations may include non-profit and for-profit organizations.  Examples of External/Rental Events: Athletic activities for non-MISD/non-campus teams (hosting tournaments, etc.), scouting activities, church activities, etc.

  1. Read the Facility Usage Guidelines.
  2. Use the Community Use Registration Guide to register as a contact for your organization.
  3. Upon registration approval, use the Community Use Request Guide to submit a facility use request.
Facility rental costs cover electricity usage, hourly staff wages for facility security and janitorial services, and general depreciation due to heavy use.
