Staff Connect Events

Throughout the year, Midway ISD fosters a Midway staff family through a series of "Connect Events." Summers include onboarding for new hires and quality professional learning sessions. Before school starts, the innovative New Panther Orientation pairs mentors with new educators for classroom management, instructional technology, and lesson-planning. For Back-to-School celebrations, the entire MISD staff joins together for a Convocation pep rally, fellowship meal, and Staff Family Night at Panther Arena. In January, we gather together again for a fellowship meal, service awards, and a health fair. A retirement breakfast ends the year that is peppered with pep rallies, committees, competitions, and performances. Come join the fun and camaraderie in Panther Nation!
