MIDWAY PANTHERETTES CLAIM 6A STATE SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP!
The Midway Pantherettes are your 6A State Champions after a dominant 9-1 victory over Clear Springs in the title game on Saturday!
Fueled by last season’s heartbreak, the Pantherettes took the field with determination and delivered a championship performance. Sophomore standout Peyton Philipp led the charge, striking out 11 batters and adding a double at the plate to earn MVP honors for the championship game.
This win marks Midway’s first state softball title since 2010, and a proud moment for the program, the school, and the entire Midway community.
