National Board Certification

Midway ISD initiated Texas' first internally-led cohort for obtaining National Board Certification. A team of peers and mentors can help you hone your master teaching skills and prepare for certification. MISD offers a $2,000 stipend for National Board Certification in addition to the Texas TIA stipend.
