Midway HOSA strives to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill, and leadership development of all health science education students. The purpose of Midway HOSA is to develop leadership and technical skill competencies while allowing students to explore career opportunities in the healthcare field.

Promoting physical, mental, and social well-being, developing effective leadership qualities, and the ability to communicate more effectively with people are essential goals for every member. Midway HOSA emphasizes the importance of building character and self-confidence, and encourages its members to develop an understanding of the importance of current healthcare issues.
