Description: This class is a fun fusion of kickboxing exercises and dancing. Movement set to music! Don’t worry about your dance abilities, as the moves are fun, repetitive and easy to catch on.  This class is great for all levels, and provides a HIIT type workout.  This provides high impact songs coupled with low impact songs in order to bring your heart rate down then back up again which in turn burns more calories, and gives you a total body work out.
