Class Type: Full body with Low Impact Cardio Intervals
Level/Intensity: Intermediate

Description: Body Shaping with Cardio Intervals is a TOTAL body workout!  We will combine weights and bands to work biceps, triceps, pectorals, deltoids, quads, hamstrings, inner/outer thighs and abs. Low impact cardio moves will keep the heart rate at a fat burning, muscle toning range.  The class will end with a cool down and stretch.  Moderations for all exercises provided!
Equipment used: The Center offers 4 lb weights, bands and mats.  Feel free to bring your own heavier or lighter weights.
