All employees shall be eligible to be paid $100 in June for perfect attendance during the preceding school year. Perfect attendance shall be defined as having been charged with the use of no leave, state or local, during the period of time recognized as the current school year. (Jury duty and workshops, school trips, etc. are not counted as an absence. These appear on your pay stub as “Misc” under the absence column)
Please submit your name if you feel you have perfect attendance. We will double check the data in our office. Information must be submitted no later than Thursday, May 30. The $100 will not be added into the June 15 paycheck but will come as a separate check. If you are a 254-day employee, your attendance will be verified in August and your check will be issued at that time.
