• Midway Memorial Educational Grants

Building for the Future . . . Honoring the Past”

The Midway Memorial Educational Grant is one of Midway ISD Education Foundation’s most highly respected grants as it is designed to memorialize a Midway alumnus who has passed away since their gradation or a retired educator. Each year the Midway ISD Education Foundation Board will honor up to four former students to memorialize through contributions from multiple classmates, friends and family members toward a grant to be named in each former student’s honor.

Once a memorial fund has reached the $1,000 level, an upcoming Grant Express award will be named in memory of the classmate or staff member. The honoree's family will be consulted to help choose an appropriate grant that might reflect the interests of their loved one.

It’s a wonderful way to honor an alumnus or staff member who made a difference in the Midway community.
