MHS College Visit Policy:

Students in their junior and senior years may be excused for college visits (2 per year) with appropriate documentation from the institution of higher education.

**Please make sure you have notified the college/university beforehand to ensure the student will get a tour and specific information they will want. The student will need a letter from the University on their letterhead stating the student was on a college visit with the specific date**


Students must inform the attendance office ahead of time they will be out and then after the visit, provide the College Day letter (see above) in order to clear this absence.

Absences do not count against exam exemptions
