Swimmers - Have an ACTIVE summer.  Consider joining HEAT or Killer Whales to make sure you have an excellent 2012-2013 season.
 

We will be hosting physicals on April 28th .  Packets must be printed from the MISD website or YELLOW packets can be picked up from the middle school or high school.

 

Pre-participation exams will be performed at:

When:  April 28, 2010.  8:00am - 11:30pm.
 
Cost:    $15.00
2012-2013 pre-participation packets must be completed and signed by parents prior to seeing a physician.
