Golf Season Ends                
The golf season is officially over and the boys' and girls' teams had outstanding results.  The boys' team came in 2nd place in two of our tournaments.  The girls' team brought home championships in three of our tournaments including the district championship.  Everyone did a remarkable job!  Continue playing golf this summer.

 

 

 Girls Are District Champions               
The girls' golf team won their second consecutive district championship in Temple last week!  Congratulations ladies.  The boys' team came in 4th place at the district tournament.  Chris Curry won 3rd place overall medalist with a score of 44.  Good job guys.

Copperas Cove Tournament
The Midway Girls team earned a 2nd place finish against a tough field of teams.  The girls' team was led by Amorie Welch, who shot a 54, and Madison Mikeska and Sierra Sabido; both shot a 57.  The boys came in 4th place.  They were led by Chris Curry with a score of 42 who also won 2nd place overall medalist.


Belton Golf Tournament
The Midway girls team brought home another championship, winning by 13 shots.  Sierra won the overall tournament with a score of 48.  The boys also had an impressive tournament.  They tied for 1st place and came in 2nd after a scorecard playoff.  The team was led by Cole with a score of 44 and Chris with a score of 47.   

 

 

Midway Golf Tournament
The girls' team won the first tournament of the year!  They brought home the championship trophy winning by 9 shots.  Awesome job girls!  The boys' team had an impressive tournament, too.  They came in 2nd place, missing the championship by only 1 shot. Great job!
