 | In response to ever-changing technology and Midway ISD's rapid growth, we are proud to offer a variety of ways to stay in touch with MISD news. In 2011, we retired the printed Open Door newsletter and launched Panther Nation News, an interactive on-line news site. In addition, we launched the Midway ISD app for Apple and Android platforms; A new version of the app with added features was launched for the 2012-13 school year. Midway is the only district in Central Texas to offer an app or custom news site, and among the first few districts in Texas to offer such services for our parents and community.
