Welcome to Art Club!
Once a month creative 6th graders come together to be productive in the art field. We explore a wide variety of mediums while getting to know new people. We learn from professional artists and try new things. Check out the library bulletin board for updated information throughout the year to learn more! We meet afterschool from 3:30-4:30 in room 6B.13.
In our 1st meeting students made three background papers. They created watercolor washes with crayon resists, they created watercolor washes with a salt technique, and they used recycled and found objects for printing.
They will used the papers and other supplies such as newspaper, old book pages, colored paper, pencils, color pencils, markers, and more to create a unique sketchbook in our November meeting.
