Leighanne Parrish
4th Grade
Welcome to Castleman Creek Elementary!!! I am Leighanne Parrish, and I teach 4th grade. I have many years of teaching experience, most of them in the Fort Worth area. I have taught 4th and 5th graders, and I enjoy this age level of students.
I was born in Cleburne, Texas, but I was raised overseas in Colombia, South America. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, with a degree in Elementary Education. I have many graduate courses from several universities in Texas.
I have a son named Andrew, who attends the University of Texas in Arlington studying Communications and Media. 
My daughter, Kelcy, is a senior at Baylor studying Graphic Design.
When not teaching, you can find me either working with the after school care program at Castleman, at church singing in the choir, or hanging out with my friends and family.
