Contract detailing the rules and procedures a student and their family agrees to when using a school instrument. Must be signed and returned before a student may take an instrument home.

 Information and sign-up for private lessons through Midway's Music Enrichment Program. Students who sign up for this will have the opportunity for private lessons with a Midway-approved private teacher. This is a great opportunity for your student to get one on one instruction and improve their playing!
