Principal’s Message

Midway High School continues to be is a beacon in the community. Our reputation of success is in academics, extracurricular accomplishments, and the student’s commitment to community service. Our school community will strive to build on this success. We look forward to the return of students and extend a warm welcome to the freshmen and other students new to MHS.

My hope is that all students attending MHS will find their connection to a student activity. The start of the 2012-2013 year will be a great time to find that connection by exploring the variety of opportunities thereby experiencing the spirit of Midway High School. Our campus atmosphere promotes academic success by offering challenging academic rigor for the students. This success is illustrated through the numerous academic awards received by our students.

A critical component of the continued success of Midway High School is strong parental involvement. MHS has a solid history of parental contribution by attending student activities, joining the PTA and Booster Club, or taking advantage of various other opportunities. As families, we invite you to stay involved as MHS recognizes that the supreme work we do for our students is through strong partnerships with our parents and community.
