  • Why do I keep getting locked out of my network account?

    Posted by: Technology
There could be a variety of reasons, but 99% of the time there are two culprits.

1.) The email client on your mobile device is trying to use the incorrect password to access your district email. This happens often when a user has changed their password. To remedy the situation go to your settings, email, and change the password associated with your district account. You can reference these instructions on how to setup email on your mobile device.

2.) You are connected to the staff wireless SSID using your network credentials and the password is incorrect. This happens most often when a user has changed their password. To fix the issue go to your wireless settings, click the information icon next to the misd-staff wireless network and "Forget the Network." Reconnect to the SSID and enter your updated credentials.

You can reference these instructions for both of these issues.
